Understanding the Tango Meditation Workshop...

The Workshop is coming soon, and many people are asking what it's all about. So, here's a simple explanation.

Everyone can join the Tango Meditation Workshop, even if you've never danced Tango or tried meditation before.

Think of it as a special journey. It mixes the beautiful dance of Tango from Argentina with relaxing meditation.

Further enhancing the experience, we weave in elements from Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and Chakra into our meditation practices.

The Workshop happens over a weekend, with four fun classes on Saturday and Sunday. We'll cover lots of exciting topics!

🌸 Nov 11 & 25:

1️. "Body Moves, Mind Flows" (2:00-3:30 PM) - Dive into Zen meditation as you sync your breath, posture, and dance. Connect deeply with your partner, music, and inner self, elevating your tango beyond just steps.

2️. "First Embrace and First Step - Two Bodies, One Heart" (4:00-5:30 PM) - Rediscover Tango's essence through mindfulness. Amplify body awareness, foster a harmonious connection with your partner, and move gracefully to diverse rhythms.

3️. The Art of Pause*" (2:00-3:30 PM) - Discover the intensity of stillness in Tango. Explore the magic that pauses offer and how intentional breaths can redefine your dance narrative.

4️. "Dancing Tango with Eyes Closed" (4:00-5:30 PM) - Ignite your inner senses. Engage with Tango on a sensory level, using meditation techniques to intensify your dance experience.
