Tango Zen for Pros
Mindfulness for high-performance minds
Recharge. Refocus. Reconnect.
Whether you’re an engineer, creative lead, scientist, or founder — the pressure to stay sharp, calm, and productive is real. TangoZen offers a body-based reset that brings you back to clarity through walking, awareness, and the power of connection.
No sitting cross-legged. No chanting. Just presence — in motion.

Drawing from years of experience as both dancer and teacher, he breaks down not just the movements—but the presence behind them. This isn’t about learning more steps. It’s about reconnecting with yourself, your partner, and the music in a deeper way. Chan’s workshops in Buenos Aires continue to inspire dancers seeking more than performance—those looking for stillness, connection, and transformation through tango.

The Pendulum Movement: Finding Balance Through Motion

In this workshop held in Kassel, Germany, Chan Park introduces participants to the core principles of Tango Zen—a mindful fusion of movement, presence, and emotional connection.

What You’ll Experience in a Tango Zen Session
You’ll walk, not sit.
You’ll listen, not analyze.
You’ll move with purpose, and return to yourself — alert, grounded, and connected.
Each TangoZen session is a guided experience combining:
-
Mindful walking to restore clarity and calm
-
Partnered movement to explore energy, awareness, and communication
-
Silent moments that reconnect body and mind
This is not a performance. It’s not therapy.
It’s a reset — for professionals who spend too much time in their heads.
