Chapter 2 —

Stretching into Awareness

Movement begins with attention.

Stretch not to extend, but to notice.

Lift both arms slowly upward.

Shift weight to one leg.

Lower arms, shift to the other side. Repeat.

Lift one arm. Move the free leg to the side or back.

Stretch forward, backward, then return to stillness.

​

​

 

Balance isn’t held.

It is discovered.
