Milonga de Diana at Lo de Celia, Buenos Aires
A Weekend for Dancing, Connection, and Community
Milonga Europa is an invitation-only tango weekend bringing together two groups:
People who have completed a Tango Zen workshop at Benediktushof or the Omega Institute
Dancers Chan Park has met or remained connected with over the years who share a deep appreciation for the traditional tango culture of Buenos Aires
The purpose is to create a new European community where people can meet, dance, exchange ideas, and support the preservation and promotion of traditional tango.
The March 2027 gathering will be the first pilot edition of Milonga Europa. It will give us an opportunity to experience this idea together, learn from it, and decide how the community may continue in the future.
The weekend will be centered on social dancing in an atmosphere of connection, musicality, respect, shared presence, and appreciation for the living tradition of Buenos Aires tango.
