Body, Mind, and Feeling - Cuerpo, mente y sentir
Body, Mind, and Feeling
Cuerpo, mente y sentir
Two people stand facing each other.
Each person brings attention to their own body and feeling.
They bring their attention to the present moment.
The music begins and guides their movement.
One person begins to guide the movement.
The other listens and responds.
Both remain attentive to each other through the body and movement.
There is no fixed sequence to follow.
Their movement develops in response to the music and to each other.
The person guiding changes direction or rhythm, or introduces a pause.
The other person senses the change and responds.
Then they change roles.
The person who was responding begins to guide.
Both continue to listen and respond through movement.
Attention remains on the body and feeling.
The mind remains attentive to what is happening in the present moment.
Music guides their movement as they listen and respond to each other.
Each person remains aware of themselves and the other person.
Meditation aligns body, mind, and feeling into presence.
Cuerpo, mente y sentir
